Exchange and Return Policy
All products are non-refundable, we only accept exchange within 14 days (Hong Kong orders) upon arrival if you receive the wrong order or damaged item(s). Otherwise, you are not eligible / will be charged for the additional shipping fee.
Returned and exchanged items must be brand new, unworn, and in original condition and packaging. We will not process any exchange for used/worn items/items not in original condition and packaging.

LISSOME is not responsible for any duties, taxes, and any items lost during the return shipping.
LISSOME reserves all right to decline your returns & exchange request.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE WRONG ORDER OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)?
Please return the wrong order or damaged item(s) within 14 days (Hong Kong orders) upon receiving the item(s), shipping costs for the returned item will be borne by us.
CAN I EXCHANGE TO ANOTHER PRODUCT?
Unfortunately, LISSOME only accepts the exchange of wrong order & damaged product.
HOW DO I PLACE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST?

3. You should print out & mail it to us with the item/s you wish to return/exchange.
4. Once your return/exchange product has been received & processed, you will be notified via email.
