Standard Delivery

• Your order will be delivered by Hong Kong Post (Local without tracking)

• We shall not be liable for any forms of lost packages

• It takes 3-5 business days for the parcel to reach you

Express Delivery

• Your order will be delivered by local courier, SF Express, or King Kong Express (Cash on delivery).

• SF Express, please click me for the address of the pick-up point.

• King Kong Express, please click me for the address of the pick-up point.

• It takes 1-3 business days for the parcel to reach you.

• Shipping confirmation will be sent to you with track number

SHIPPING TERMS & POLICIES

1. All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer upon check-out. We shall not be liable for any forms of lost packages due to incorrect/missing details of the address.

2. For the returned package due to an invalid address or if the package is unclaimed at your local post office, you will bear full responsibility for the shipping charges necessary for a re-shipment. In such cases, a return or refund is strictly prohibited.

3. By shopping with us, you are responsible for all applicable customs charges.
